4x4 winding sound

2008 Tahoe LT
4WD
5.3L V8
When I put my vehicle to 4WD and place it on drive and begin driving there's a loud winding sound and the vehicle doesn't really want to run.
What can it be?
How can I fix that?

Does it get any louder with higher speeds? Make sure you have plenty of fluid, check u-joints and CV joints. It may also be that your bearing is going bad.
