Hi folks,
When I open the tailgate using the latch lever on the dash board the tailgate does not pop open. I have to have someone back there to lift it. It unlatches but does not pop up like a hood for instance. Thanks

 

I'd be my guess the little rubber baby buggy bumpers that the gate presses against have lost their bounce or push in this case..
