Default 94 suburban no power to fuel pump fuse

i have a 94 suburban that the relay is not engaging. think its the computer. i ran a ground from the starter to the battery to see if that was the issue and nothing changed, im getting power to the fuel level sender on the fuel pump but not to the fuel pump its self. any advice before i buy a computer will be awesome

You should have a relay for only the fuel pump. take your trusty circuit tester and see if you have power to the relay. Most commonly the relay is out.
