Hello all, I've just registered on this forum as I just picked up a 96 1500 LT Suburban.

It's in really good shape and I got a good deal on it and about the only real issue I have is that none of the dome lights will come on in the vehicle.

I've made sure that the switch isn't turned off below the headlight switch (I've tried with the switch in both positions actually), and all the fuses I can think that would relate to any kind of lighting seem to be intact.

No lights come on at all, either with turning the dimmer switch all the way up, or opening the door or clicking the buttons next to the reading lights.

I've searched these forums for a few days and while I've found a couple people with the same issue, none of the fixes seem to be what's needed to fix my issue.

Anyway, any help would be much appreciated and I'm glad to be a part of your forum,

Check all the fuses, not just some of them. This is always the first step.
