Default 97 k1500 sub 5.7 p0304 code and hesitates while under heavy acceleration

Welp never done one of these put im out of ideas. Any info would be appreciated. I have a 97 k1500 Suburban. It has a 5.7 with spider injectors. Bought it they said it was just a intake gasket. I replaced it and its been nothing but a headache. Im not giving ya the whole story cause its mostly irrelevant bs.

Original P0300 random misfire code. With a real bad shake around 1500rpm to 1700rpm

i changed distributor because the cap wasnt locking into place and had scars all over from flopping.
i now have a P0304 misfire cylider4 code. Im leaning on the dirty injector right now but ive had the plentum of 4 times and the spider injector is expensive as ****. Anything other ideas whats causing this. It sounds like a fuel cut off when i rev it fast. If i ease in it revs all the way. If i drop the throttle it gets to 3000 and seems to loose fuel.
Ive done fuel pressure test and compression test and all passed

New parts
Egr valve
Fuel pump
Fuel pressure regulator
Oil sending unit
Distributor
cap
Rotor
Cam shaft sensor
Plugs
Wires
Intake gasket
Coolant temp sensor

The p0300 code was cause by busted cap mounting holes on the distributor. The cap would flop and the rotor would hit the inside of the cap. Scars inside proved it. I replaced it with a new distributor cap and rotor.

Nobody read these anymore? Is there a better place to go for answers?

Todays testing showed 60psi when i hit the key. Drops down 2 seconds later. As i crank the engine it kicks up to 60psi again. I believe it has a system which bypasses the relay. So im looking into a new relay tomorrow. With pin 87 jumped to pin 30 on the relay i hear the pump and hold 60 psi. I checked the injectors and the all have power and pulse a ground to entice the injectors. So i would think it would fire and start however it does not. It fires with gas down the trottlebody. Somethings fishy. Ive read that it points to a bad fuel pressure regulator or spider injector. But the chance of them all failing together seems unreal. Could there be moisture in the injectors thst froze overnight blocking rhem all? Gotta be something stupid im missing. Someone please help a guy out. Any suggestions could help. Thanks
