Default 97 Suburban AC trouble

I have a 1997 GMC Suburban SLT K1500 with dual AC. I have this truck for 5 years. The AC in this truck was never really cold. On a cool morning (about 70 degrees) I can get 60 degrees out of the vent but on hot days (anything over 85 degrees) the lowest coming out of the vents is about 77 degrees. I checked the pressures and they were fine but I noticed that the drier wasnt getting cold so what did I do? I started replacing stuff thinking that because of their age maybe something was on its way out. I flushed the system and replaced the compressor, condenser, drier, orafice tube and the manifold tube. I put it on a deep vaccuum for about 1 hour, added new oil and new refrigerant. The end result was the same. I even went as far as adding an electrical fan for the condenser. I have a friend that has the same truck and he is having the same problem. The only difference is that he hasnt replaced anything yet. Is therir anybody else having this problem or had this problem and found a solution?

what low and high pressure did you have? i did mine last week i got 47deg air out of the center vent with a low side of about 38-40 and a high about 225 it was about 80deg outside, is your hot and cold door moving to the full cold postion?theres a solinoid that sends vacuum to the heater core shut off valve to shut off the hot water in the full cold position,i'm still dealing with lower air volume out of the air vents in the front than the rear and i still had a small leak somewhere in the a/c system wouldn't hold vacuum i put the leak indicator in it but haven't seen anything yet
