I have a 99 suburban 1500 4x4 auto, it will not crank. I have checked the battery, the fuses, the relays, I replaced the neutral safety switch and the harness pig tails. I'm at a total loss, the fuel system is priming and everything else seems to work just fine. It wont turn over at all

I parked it one night and it hasn't started ever sense.

Do your lights dim when trying to start it? They should if you are at least getting power to the starter. If so, can you take the starter out and bring to a part store to have it tested? Might be the starter solenoid and a parts store can test it.

 

Check out your positive cable for corrosion under the insulation. It builds up and it's 8ft long so it has too much resistance.
