Default 98 suburban tires 4x4

I have a new set of 265/75/16 tires on the front of my suburban and was looking to get 285/75/16 for the rear. i will be replacing them all when they wear down with the same size all around. But i was wondering if this will cause problems with 4wd. All tires are brand new and same amount of tread. even the same brand tire. thanks

Scotiapilot is quite right, but it will cause a lot more than just with the XCase. Your ABS, a probable attempt to lockup when in either 4WD, or serous chirping (speed differential) issues as well.

ALWAYS, same size on all four !
