Need some help have 2 issues

1) HVAC mode selection
No matter what mode I select the air doesn't quite work as intended. Example I go to defrost. Defrost gets stronger and floor gets stronger.

I go opposite side and face is strong but defrost is still slightly blowing

I have checked the actuator motor it moves properly. I can hear air changes but no matter what I can't get it to follow the proper mode.


2) My speedometer is way off
By 20 or more mph
Have changed vss in tail shaft.
Just recently installed a tuned pcm and had them set tire size. As I do run 35s. But that still did nothIng to fix it. Is there another vss?
