Here's my '99 Chevy Suburban that I bought brand new. It now has 197k on the ticker.



At the time of purchase, I didn't even think about purchasing a K1500 as I knew I would have no use for the 4x4 option, although I always thought the K chassis looked better than the C being that it has 16" wheels as opposed to 15". I'm curious if anyone on here has done a cosmetic (wheels, slight lift) conversion to their C chassis to make it look like a K chassis. Cheers!

I guess it doesn't matter anymore, my car was totaled 6/7/2012. I miss that thing so much.

 

Now you can buy that K1500 you wish you had.

 

Ah and 3.5 years later, I have done just that! Just trying to pinpoint a pesky vibration at the moment. Did some light restoration work to bring its shine back.
