Default 99 Suburban coolant leak

Newbie here but glad I found this forum. I think I have same issue as what is in post #3 in this thread because it’s coolant leaking from that top oil cooler line.

per that post #3, I tried using a screwdriver to unscrew or loosen that large flange bolt but couldn’t get it to budge. Should I be loosening the oil cooler line nut instead? I’m confused on how to fix this leak on that radiator connector. I appreciate any ideas.
