99 Suburban: No brake lights, tail lights, hazards, or turn signal 3rd light works

99 Suburban: No brake lights, tail lights, hazards, or turn signal 3rd light works
Lights randomly stopped working. The 3rd light still works but not with the hazards. I replaced the tail light motherboards earlier and still not getting anything. I tested the motherboards with a volt meter (Brake and turn signal) and they do get power to the bulbs but the bulbs do not come on. Any ideas?
