I'm looking to wake up my 99 tahoe and considering a cam and head swap. My question is, would parts from a 78 350 that had a mild build work on the 99 5.7? If not, does anyone have any recommendations for a cam head combo? I'm not looking for anything crazy, just a little more pep from the old truck.
