ac belt tensioner

Can someone look at there 2013 5.3 and see if you have a belt tensioner for the ac belt. I dont have one the belt just goes from the ac to the harmonic balencer with no tensioner. Is this something new?

The compressor itself is not adjustable? Haven't looked at mine.

stretchy belts new to me. Dont know if i like that.
