i have a 95 chevy suburban and the ac in the front doesn't blow hard (not even to move a piece of paper) if i put the air on the floor the air comes out hard but the blower in the back blows and cool good

anybody ever had this problem before

 

so its not the blower (fan) its the selector then? a little plastic flap that changes where the air flow goes i believe, i could always hear it smack when i changed mine up.
