AC not cold

AC not cold
I just bought a 99 Suburban with 104,000 miles the rear AC gets a little cool but the front AC does not get cold at all, compressor is clicking on and the gauge on the can of R-134A says I have just over 45psi and it is just into the alert level. I did not add any freon. Any ideas
