Default ADDING NAVIGATION to LT

I just purchased a 2007 Tahoe LT that has a bose system. I am interested in adding a stock navigation system and a fold down rear DVD player. The dealership wants a lot to do this. If I were to purchase the units off Ebay, is it an istall that is possible?

Thanks!
JB
