Hi everyone! This is my first post here, so I apologize in advance for noobing. Anyway, I'm wanting to buy a very nice 2-door Tahoe, and was hoping to get some advice from all of you on things I should watch out for. I had a full-sized Blazer until a couple of years ago, and loved it for the size (I'm 6'6" tall) and versatility. I'm hoping to get all of that and more out of the 2-door Tahoe. Anyway, here are my questions:

1. What trouble areas should I be mindful of when shopping for my Tahoe? Anything that would be a dead giveaway on a truck I should avoid?

2. What kind of gas mileage should I expect? What have people done to improve the gas mileage of their Tahoes?

3. Any general advice about the purchase or ownership of this vehicle?

One thing I've seen from what others have posted is that the sunroof is not good for tall folks as it really reduces headroom. Don't know if the two door models had them or not. Be prepared to pay good $s for a nice clean one.
