Hi
I have my 2000 Chevy Suburban and I fitted a after-market radio, which actually replaced another after-market radio the previous owner had fitted.

Since I have fitted this unit I have lost my dash illumination, AC control lights, and head lights left on chime.

I have read that some after-market radios can cause issues with the dash dimmer switch as voltage varies or is maybe "stolen" by the head unit...

Can any experts help out on this?
It would be great as drivinf in the dark without dash illumination isn't that great
