Air problems
new to this so please bare with me.
we bought a 2002 Chevy suburban 1500 LT. When we turn the air on you can feel it barely come out the vents but sounds super loud on passenger defrost. And it’s not very cold. I can change it to the floor and it quiets down and barely blows out. What do I need to change? The blend door actuator? How many are there and where are they? Are they all the same part?? I tried asking at part store and the guy had no idea what I was talking about! Or is it the actual control piece to turn it from defrost to floor ect?
