Default All GM vehicles need a HUD

I owned a 2000 Corvette that was equipped with a Heads Up Display (HUD) projected onto the windshield. Of all these devices I've seen in cars, GM by far had the nicest one. I don't think I looked down at the speedo the whole time I owned that car. Boy it would be nice if GM offered that feature, which is still available on new corvettes, on the new Tahoe. Besides the navigation, it is my favorite option I ever ordered.

Are manufacturers doing these again?

Corvette has had this option since I believe 1999. The above photo is of the 2007 Corvette. I believe it is standard on the 2007 Z06.

I believe it is available in the GMC Arcadia, but don't know if it is as fancy as the pic above.

It would be a great feature to have. Aything that keeps your eyes up would improve safety.
