i have a 2001 suburban with a 53 motor. i smell antifreeze after driving it a will. is that year and motor one that has manifold leaks.

 

There where issues in that vintage with "plastic" gaskets. If you cannot see any external leaks, and is not maintaining a coolent level, first check oil dipstick. If it isn't overfull, Probably getting into the cylinders.
