Any idea when the 08's are coming out?

Yes, but when he goes to sell his '07 he'll have alot less miles than the '07's purchased in '06. So he'll gain his value back there.

Aside from the advantage of buying an '07 and coming out ahead because of the "offset depreciation", so to speak (rebates, sales, etc.), what's on the 2008 model that might make it the more attractive buy?
The hybrid is supposed to be available in '08 but that might have limited appeal. Six-speed automatic? New exterior colors? Wet bar? Pez dispenser? Is there any advantage for waiting for 2008? Seems to me that the hybrid or six-speed automatic are the obvious choices...
Hi, I'm still new here!

I think I saw in another thread that the six speed will be a 2009 debut in the Tahoe.

Also... who would want a battery/gas hybrid Tahoe... Surely it would have any torque and couldn't toe ****....

That being said, an electric motor has maximum torque a zero rpm unlike an IC engine that has no torque initially. Therefore making a gas/electric combo pretty good. Gets you off the line quick!
Thanks for the explanation...
I wonder how they will be for towing...
Also the same question comes up as with all hybrids... How long will the batteries last and how much to replace when needed....
