Default Anyone using the Kenwood NAV system instead of the factory?

How much trouble is it to get in on the 2007 Tahoe and will all the factory connections including the rear DVDwork with it? I really like my Garmin Nuvi and it appears that's the engine behind the Kenwood.

Thanks...
