Default Arm rests - 2nd row buckets Suburban LTZ 07

should they be "loose" meaning they feel loose giggling left to right? Is this as simple as pulling off the cap and tightening the bolt? Anything I should be aware of - obviously making too tight would be an issue...

you probably just have some "play" in it from use. ours do not move back and forth so like you say you can probably look at it and lightly tighten it up. too much and it probably wont go up and down

Does is appear to be moving wrt to the floor? If so, then tightening would be in order.

As the others have stated, taking off the cap and tightening the bolt should solve your problem. I do not think you have to worry about over tightening - worst case scenario the arm rest's just won't go up and down, and then you will just have to loosen them a little.

Just tighten each bolt under the cap and you should be good to go!

I agree with the other users that you should try to tighten the bolts. If that does not work, please let me know.

Thank you!

Have you had any luck finding the bolt? Mine broke on my 07 Suburban and I have been having a hard time to find a replacement.
