Just rebuilt 4L60E trans. this is in a 93 suburb. 4 wd. goes into all gears well smoothly. It feels like E brake is on when I start to move forward or reverse. Also it will not roll in neutral, having jacked up both sides to check e brake, cannot turn any rear wheel more than 2". Any suggestions would be welcome
