Default Audio Problem

I have a problem with my 2009 Suburban LTZ. The radio shows that it is working, cd, dvd, AM, FM but there is no sound. The Navigation system, on star, and Bluetooth all have sound so I would think the speakers work. I'm hoping I just put it on mute or something but haven't been able to figure it out so far. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks!

Try with the key off disconnect the both battery cables , touch both cables to each other (not to or connected to the battery) for a few seconds.

It worked! Thank you so much! I took it to a chevy dealership a few weeks ago and they told me the radio had to be replaced and that it would be $1500.00! I didn't get it done because I knew it was something little. Thank Goodness I didnt!
