Jeff,
I've owned this device and had it installed in my previous 01 and 04 Tahoe's, it works as advertised but beware that you may need an isolator, mine introduced a substantial amount of engine noise to the system and when I had a handheld scanner hooked to it it made the scanner almost unusable until I installed the ground loop isolator.
The newer design of this product may have addressed this issue.

Dave,
I've got a video IPod, that I plug into the video jack in the second row of my Tahoe, when it's plugged in the back it has considerable engine noise, when I plug it in in the front audio jack, the engine noise is gone. Any ideas?? I'm half thinking it's the cheap *** connector I bought. It's some no name brand.
