Default Auxiliary Fan Location?

according to my vin, I am supposed to have an electric aux fan for AC support....but I don't. I am also supposed to have the 11-blade fan but I don't...

These should be easy to fix but I can't find any information on how to replace the aux fan or where exactly it mounts. I can get an acdelco one for a reasonable price, I just need to know where it goes.

Any help will be appreciated.

The auxiliary fan should mount on the radiator on the opposite side of the fan.

I would say to be centered on the A/C condenser.
