Default For the Birds.

for the past 2 days my 2009 tahoe has been invaded by a bird.

on the passenger side front wheel well near the engine, a bird has been building a nest.

I found it yesterday when washing the truck.

i removed it.

today when I went to go out for lunch, just thought I'd check it again.. since I saw a bird near the truck.

yep, another nest.

what the hell?!

where can I get a 6x6" piece of thin rubber to zip tie in place to cover the hole?

Hey thats funny but i would invest in a cat you could even try a stuff animal or put marking tape on a stick and hang it from your fender and that also should scare them away lol but you can get a piece of rubber like a semi mud flap any old used one maybe you have a truck shop where you live and go ask them for a old mud flap that they took off a truck and they might even give you one those are some things that i would try

Spray some WD 40 somewhere inconspicuous close to the area they are nesting in. They hate the smell and will not nest there.
