It sounds like you don't really know what you need. The Bluetooth functionality is an option on top of the OnStar hardware. It's not something you can just plug and play. I think your selling dealership will be the best resource if you really want to pursue it.

It's a little more complicated than that. It's not that "they will not sell" it but they probably cannot make it work. It involves a hardware upgrade and programming. If the RPO code cannot be associated with the VIN, the required software modules won't be available for download and programming. Since my vehicle came with the option (don't really use it, though, other than to say "am driving, call you later"), I haven't looked around but I understand there are aftermarket solutions.
