Default Bose Centerpoint Sound System Diagram

Hello all;
I am looking into a 2010 Suburban LTZ with the Bose sound system and I've been looking EVERYWHERE to try and get a layout of the system. I plan on doing a complete overhaul, but I want to know where and what size speakers are used so I can replace them. If any of you have this info or know where I can find it, please let me know and thank you in advance

I believe you can check with Crutchfield for that info.

6.5" components up front, 6.5's in the rear doors, and like 2" speakers in the rear pillars and a pathetic 3.5" or 4" "sub" under the center consul. If you look at the consul and go toward the front of the car, the last piece of side plastic pulls away from the consul, you can reach in and feel the down firing pathetic speaker that is supposed to be a "sub-woofer" and on the floor below it is a metal plate... They do make a 10" shallow sub box that fits under the center consul, would love to give that a try!

bose = blose they used paper cone and foam surround speakers for everything, only they used extremely cheesy speakers that bose got from china... Our 2 kia's have better sound systems XD (Infinity > blose)

You might check out the 12volt site, they sometimes have lots of interesting diagrams...

Thank you for posting. I think I have the same system, a 2017 Chevy Impala Premier with Bose sound. After upgrading my Tahoe with a new system that included a sub, I miss that low end in the Impala and want to add an under-the-seat one. But Bose doesn't make them anymore, so I need to go with a third party. However, I'm concerned the wiring harness won't match up. This is what I'm considering buying.
