Since I bought this 2019 Tahoe Premiere (from an auction) and both rear windows won't roll down. Not from the driver door switch or the switches at both doors. I don't hear any click that would indicate that there is current to the window motors, so I thought it's a fuse problem. But I can't pinpoint the exact fusè for them if there is one. Any suggestions?

 

Is the "Window Lockout " engaged?
