Default Brake issues

I have a 2002 Cadillac Escalade and I noticed my dash lights come on and now I noticed my brake pedal getting spongy and now I can press the brake all the way down to the floor not running I popped my hood and noticed the master cylinder or brake booster had a small leak would a bad brake booster be the cause ?

Looks like MC is leaking. Brakes are the most important system in a vehicle, if you are not really good at repairing vehicles take it to someone who can fix it.
Bad brakes are no joke, we are talking about possible injury or death here.

Spot on, I have Akebono's on my 2015 Chevy Malibu. They are the best, IMO. Braking is no joke.
