No, "Failure to communicate" the testing and results. (between you & me)

Yes, still have 12V without the wire, you nailed it !! I really appreciate the help, I tried several ways to get it fixed and nobody was even close, even the dealer was wrong, now would it be safe to say the BCM has to be replaced? what's the best option in your opinion ? buying online and have the dealer program it, or buy already programmed or buy it at dealer and have them program it, and again thanks for the help !

Yes, Bad BCM
No, "Failure to communicate" the testing and results. (between you & me)
UPDATE , New BCM programmed to VIN problem persist with different symptoms, they brake lights still don't work with the pedal, just the CHMSL as before, but now they don't stay on all the time, they come on and off with the headlights switch, when turn on the lights on the truck both filaments on the brake light bulbs turn on but still no change when pressing the pedal, thanks in advance.
