Default breake rotors and pads

What brands can you recommend for replacement rotors and pads for my 2013 suburban LT 1500?

This thread isn't gonna end well... But I'll bite.
Pads- Nearly all brands made in china- so there is a cheap line and a decent line. AC Delco Professional. Hawk LTS. Raybestos Element. I've heard guys sprung on EBC but haven't ever tried 'em.. I'd steer clear of "Service Grade"- aim for "Premium"
For the rotors almost everyone makes a complimentary rotor. Everyone is going driller/slotted anymore. The debate is about the heat sink that is your rotor. little holes = air flow, but less material is BAD. Dimpled is okay, drilled = cracking. You want giant heavy rotor. I like solid. Whichever way you go, BE SURE TO HEED THE BRAKE-IN PERIOD. Brake-in, heh, Pun pretty much intended.

I'm going with the Raybestos R-300 series rotor squeezed on by Hawk LTS's
