Bumpy Ride

I just bought a 2007 LT3 with the Premium Smooth Ride Suspension but I can feel every little bump in the road. I had a 2002 LT that rides like a Cadillac in comparison. Any suggestions as to why the ride is so rough? I have fairly new Michelin tires standard size tires on it.

Maybe the previous owner changed out some suspension parts?
