Default Buying a 2000 Tahoe Z71 4x4

I'm picking up a 2000 Tahoe Z71 4x4 in a couple days. Anything to look out for? Common issues? etc...? it has around 120k miles on it, owner says that everything works. There's a service engine light on that he says is for an O2 sensor...

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Do not trust what the seller says about the check engine light. You should have the truck completely checked by your mechanic. If the seller will not let you then he is most likely hiding something.
