Default A/C in 1999 Tahoe is haywire.

I just got a Tahoe a couple of days ago, and one of the first things I've noticed is that, instead of my front A/C blowing hot and the rear blowing cold, my front does not blow at all and my rear blows relatively "cool" for it being ninety degrees here. Would anyone happen to have any insight into what is crapping out on me?
I love the truck; it's that here in South Texas, you either have ice-cold A/C or die.
