Default A/C Clicking Noise, Clutch cycles on/off and Pressure cycles up/down

The A/C compressor makes a constant clicking noise when the clutch engages (see attached video). The A/C clutch also frequently cycles on/off (every 10 seconds or so) causing the pressure to cycle up and down. Any thoughts on how to diagnose this further?

short cycling is a symptom of low refrigerant charge. have the sysem recovered, vacuumed and charged to the correct level. home charging with a can is not accurate. do not put sealer in the ac system. find and fix the leak by replacing the leaking part.
