Please elaborate. You mean you feel air coming through the vents while the vehicle is moving?
I checked all fuses and troubleshooted them, fuses are all fine, and yes only when moving does it deliver any air.

On your vehicle the climate control system is controlled by two computers: the HVAC control module, and the blower motor control module.

It's going to require some comlex troubleshooting using a bidirectional diagnostic tool to narrow down the problem.
