Default A/C problem troubleshooting

Hello all. New here!
So I have been doing homework on trying to figure out how to fix my a/c. It blinks 3 times. Witch I have learned could be from the ambient temperature sensor being bad. It's 79 where I live so I know it's not operating normally. I have replaced the sensor, still blinks 3 times. The one in front of the radiator behind the grill with a part from my local Chevy dealer. I have tried holding the ac button + cabin aim recycling button at the same time(supposed to reset the temp). I have checked the fuses. I have seen a video on a 05 Tahoe where there is one behind the passenger side headlight but I haven't been able to find it on mine. So I guess my question is what else would cause it to blink and not work.

Thanks all god bless

Could be quite a few things, Dominic. Is it the A/C button that blinks? Have you had anyone check your A/C system for Hi/Lo pressures? Is the check engine light on?
If you look at the A/C compressor mounted to the front of your motor does the A/C clutch engage like this one?
