I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 Classic with the 5.3. I replaced the Alternator and the battery. The Charging System light still comes on and then after driving for awhile it goes away and it shows its charging with no dummy lights. What do you think is the problem could be? I have read most of these forums and I see its an ongoing problem but I don't see a solution. Can anyone steer me in the right direction to fix this problem?
