Check Engine Light on constant but flashes above 25mpg

While I am idling the service engine light stays on. Once I speed up to 25-30 mph and faster it flashes. Also the car started to run rough when this started.

it just came back from an auto body shop so i have no idea what they did to it.

the car is misfiring. The flashing light is a warning not to drive it or the catalytic convertors will be damaged.

Get the misfire fixed asap.
