Check Engine Light PO449
I have an 03 tahoe and the check engine light is coming on and the code is PO449 and it is a fuel evaporative code. The gas cap is tight and other than that I have not found any useful info on the web I will greatly appreciate any help. Thanks in advance

If you are searching on the web with PO (the letter "O") 449,likeyou entered it here, that will explain the lack of information. Try it with a zero P0449, and you should get better results.
I think the P0449 refers to a malfunction of the Canister Vent soleniod.

Look the wire harness to the EVAP canister vent solenoid over for damaged insulation and also inspect for a poor connection at the harness connector.
If all looks good then a likely a faulty selonoid, replace the EVAP canister vent solenoid.
If this doesn't fix the problem then a possible bad Powertrain Control Module.
