Here you go. DOnt get to excited yet. I dont have them working, haha. It will probably be a try and fail mission. But they are GM and I havent seen them on a vehicle yet.

So at 24w it needs a resistor? Great, I am so electronically retarded. I know nothing about this crap. But I try anyways.

No, I don't think it does need a resistor. 24 watts is about right for that bulb. My Escalade lights needed a 50 watt resistor because it was replacing TWO bulbs.

I sure hope they dont need resistors, if so I am scre***! I dont want to mess with that.
Supossedly they are unaltered GMC lights. I dont know but that is what I was told and I see no signs of alteration. I cant find anyone that knows anything about them. THey have GM and GMC embossed on the back. Finding the bulbs is the issue so far. HOpefully the LED's I bought will work.
DO you know the factory bulb watt?

Those are actually all red. I bought a couple different styles to try them and see which ones work better.
For the reverseI was going to use the factory bulbs since they already have a clear glass housing.
I may buy matching leds in white if the red ones work fine. HOwever, the white reverse wouldnt need to be dual intensity or dual element would it?

The wattage isn't the parameter that the flasher sees so if they flash rapidly, then you'll probably need a resistor. The K2s need a 6 ohm, 50 W resistor according to a guy on another forum. Something else he noted was the brake lites also req'd a load resistor cuz he said the flasher on the IP would flash. Surmised that the computer thought bulb was burned out.

Yeah after you guys mentioned this earlier I read and found the info. I had one of the sellers respond that I shouldnt need anything??? We shall see. If they need resistors or something I will probably forget the whole deal.

There not that big of a deal to put in. Just splice in across the wires going to the bulb. The resistor is in parallel with the bulb that way and draws enuf extra current so the computer think there's still a regular bulb there.
