chevy/gmc ???

who makes the suburban chevy or gmc

whats the difference between the 2 if they both make one. (mainly the '70- mid '80)

Both Chevy and GMC make the Suburban, but I am not sure if that was the case in the 70s and 80s. I have a 98 GMC and a 99 Chevy. Most parts are interchangeable, nut not all

Chevy has the Suburban nameplate and GMC has the Yukon nameplate. In the 70's, the suburban nameplate was shared by gmc and chevy.
