have any of you put a performance chip in your gas tahoe yet? and what did it do for you?

 

Not sure what year tahoe you are talking about. But I would not waste your time with a chip unless it is a custom tune chip.

However, get a programmer. I know that superchips has a flashpaq available, I believe the model is Superchips 2815 for the newer tahoes. There are some forum members that have it, I currently do not but will be getting one soon. I have had them on all my dodge hemi vehicles and they work wonders.

 

Superchips is an excellent programmer. I had one for my F350 diesel and it added about 90hp. Obviously gains are a bit larger in diesels but I would expect a noticeable improvement in performace with the 2815.
