Climate Control Noise - Blend flap?
My 2011 Suburban LTZ makes a terrible noise when the heat is directed to come out of the floor vents.
Is this a blend flap issue? Video and audio here:

Yeah, that sounds like one of the electric actuators for one of the air deflector flaps. My 2005 Yukon has like three of them; I replaced one of those with the Dorman replacement unit, it was fine. I also paid shop to replace one in my 1994 Suburban before that.
