One more question. Is the nipple that the brake booster hooks up to on the intake supposed to be able to spin? And if not would that vacuum leak cause the issue I'm having?

did it run low on oil?

the misfire dtc will disable the traction control and stability systems. So fixing the misfire condition will also fix the stability control light.

It uses about 1 quart per 3k and yeah that will be nice to not have to fix more issues I ordered the new lifters and gasket kit for 500 tonight and I'm gonna try and bust it all out next weekend I have a 3 day weekend so I'm staying hopeful

make sure you drain and inspect the oil before you tear it all down, also check the camshaft closely. More often than not a set of lifters doesn't fix the entire issue in my experiences.
